People living with permanent speech change or loss - and their speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, or AAC specialists - can now apply for free licenses directly on the ElevenLabs website through our Global Impact Partners.
For Blind and Low-vision individuals in the USA - please see here for instructions on how to access free ElevenReader.
How it works
To begin, applicants with permanent voice loss/change need to create a free ElevenLabs account. After clicking on the profile photo (on the top right of the home screen), they should select "Apply for Impact Program," then follow the on-screen steps to apply through the Impact Partner that supports their region and diagnosis. People living with permanent voice change or loss will receive a 5-year, renewable Pro license. Clinicians can also apply for a free 1-year, renewable Pro licenses by selecting "Clinicians/Staff" rather than an Impact Partner when applying. This enables clinicians to create their own voice clone to demonstrate to their clients, and guide then through the process of creating personalized synthetic voices. All licenses are renewable, and you will not lose your data if the license expires.

No credit card details or discount codes are required.

Building toward one million voices
We have enabled people living with voice change and loss, as well as the professionals that serve their communities to apply directly through the ElevenLabs website. This way the process is faster and simpler and brings us ever closer to our goal of giving one million people their voices back.
Note: This new workflow is only for individuals with permanent speech loss and their clinicians, who can use it to support patients through onboarding and voice cloning.
Organizations seeking to help distribute free access to patients, especially to represent a new region or diagnosis not currently supported, should apply through our standard Impact Program Application. If your nonprofit organization would like to complete a project using ElevenLabs technology, please also apply there.
