Analytics

Track what your receptionist handles and how your business performs.

The Analytics page has two views. Simple shows what your receptionist did for you. Advanced breaks down revenue, calls, services, clients, and staff. Mobile devices show the Simple view.

Simple view

Choose a time range of Today, 7 days (default), 30 days, or 90 days. Each figure is compared with the previous period of the same length.

Outcomes

A breakdown of what conversations resulted in: bookings, orders, new clients, messages left, transfers, unanswered questions, and no further action. One conversation can count toward several outcomes.

  • Outcomes per day or week
  • Top topics: the most common caller intents
  • Sentiment: happy, neutral, or unhappy callers
  • Peak hours: a heatmap of when conversations happen

The Simple view counts up to the 500 most recent conversations in the selected period. If the period has more, figures show a ”+” and the earliest days in the trend chart are incomplete.

Advanced view

The Advanced view has tabs, each with its own filters for channel, service, staff, and location:

TabWhat it shows
OverviewRevenue, bookings, new clients, and cancellations, with revenue and bookings by channel
CallsTotal calls, average duration, call-to-booking rate, and calls by type
ServicesTop services by bookings and revenue
ClientsActive and new clients, repeat rate, top clients, and acquisition channel
ConversionBooking, reschedule, and cancellation rates
Staff & LocationsRevenue and bookings per staff member and location

Channels are Agent (your receptionist), Website, and Manual (created in the dashboard).

Each tab has its own URL, and you can pin tabs to the sidebar.

Reading your analytics

Booking rate

A high booking rate means the receptionist is turning inquiries into appointments. If it is low, consider:

  • Adding knowledge so the receptionist answers questions confidently
  • Adding availability or services
  • Reviewing transcripts and top topics to spot issues

Revenue

Revenue is calculated from booked services and their prices. It reflects scheduled value, not collected payments.

Check analytics weekly. A drop in booking rate can mean your availability is too limited or your services need updating.
